Sick goatfish - brooklynella?

I have a sick goatfish in the DT. It's about 2+ days old in here and came covered in white specs. I ignored the specs as substrate / food particles because it was healthy and eating and the LFS from which I got it has very high QC and never had sick fish from them in the past. It did get bullied a little (I had them in an acclimation box for 1/2 day) however for the first 2 days it was active and eating etc.

This evening, I see it sitting still and now covered mostly in white. Not ich like spots but just a white covering on most of it's body. I think it's either brooklynella or marine velvet. Any guesses? I can try and put a pic if I can later on.

All other fish are active and eating.

It's now in a QT (after a 10 min Formalin bath).

QT has Cholorquin Phosphate dosing and an airstone. Hopefully it will live. It does not show signs of very heavy breathing or anything like that. So we will see. I have the salinity at around 1.020 hope it's not too low.

EDIT: How long does Cholorqine Phosphate treatment to last for Brook? Will try to get a pic if I can.
