Sick Grouper...

I have a neighbor with a sick grouper and I told him I would but this on the board and see if we have any idea what this is....

It is raised and almost looks like a scab....

P.S. It's been at least a week and it stopped eating about

Have you shown this to Marcye? What other fish are in with the grouper? It looks bacterial, he needs to be QT'd and treated.
