sick lawnmower blenny help!! please

i have a lawnmower blenny that is bloated around the middle it kinda a buldge like a preganant woman is the best way i can think of it is the same color as the rest of him he can still swim but when he stops he kinda falls to one side i dont know whats wrong please someone help

do you see the fish scraping glass/rocks most of the time?

some of these fish can consume so much algae that they look enormously bloated..just bulging on both sides. usually a good sign of health though..

well the poor guy actually died a couple days ago but thanks for your help if anyone else has a lawnmower blenny if your fish starts to buldge under his neck gets lethargic and starts breathing really rapidly he's probably not gonna make it just from experience
