sick niger trigger help!!

I have a niger trigger that i have had for almost a year. He was doing great then about 2-3 weeks he started hiding and not coming and swimming or eating. . Then i didn't see him for 2 weeks until i was moving some live rock around yesterday. He is very slow and weak color isn't great and his fins don't look so good. I now have him in a qt tank and have tried feeding him and he won't eat. I'm sure what's wrong with him or how to treat him. Help asap

Can you post a bigger picture? Really hard to tell from the shots you posted, but it looks like he may have some white spots on him.

The white spot are on the glass. There are no spots on him he is just a little lighter in xolor then he use to be.

Any new additions to the tank recently?

yea but wasn't till after he had already went into hiding..
