Hole in the head disease or HLLE perhaps? I'm really bad at disease ID. Poor little guy.

Looks like hole in the head to me as well. Here is some info. You should ensure you are feeding vitamin C sup's.

Not sure what that is ... doesn't look like HLLE to me.

On the chance that it is HLLE ... then there is no medication that is going to cure it ... you might try soaking food in selcon or other product that would enhance nutritional content.
