Sick Yellow Tang, Help Save My Boy

I have a adult yellow tank. I noticed that he was turing white a few days ago. Not like fungus, but his yellow was starting to dull. I noticed today he has a patch of white on his left fin and a cloudy left eye. How can I save him, he is still eating but seems to be going down fast. He jumps alot, acts sick. Help!!!!

Take a look at the sticky on Tangs with red blotches...I think it will help. I once had a tang that turned whitish when water parameters were a bit off.
