Sick Yellow Watchman Goby

We have a yellow watchman goby that we have had for at least one year, and he has been healthy up until this point. Within the last two weeks we have noticed him getting white spots on his body (not his fins). The white spots look like lesions, and are larger than what I've typically seen Ich look like. These white spots seem to be staying the same, however his belly is fading in color. He still has an aggressive appetite and is swimming normally. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the cause or treatment? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you able to snap a few pictures to help us out a little more? What does his diet consist of? I'll dig up some info and post and see if it helps you out some.

I posted a pic in the gallery under fish and gobies, so hopefully that will help you. They don't seem to be getting better or worse. He's on a diet of mysis shrimp that are vitamin enriched and he sifts the sand in our tank. Thanks for any input.
