Hey guys. I setup a 29 gallon established tank 10 days ago and have been monitoring the fish very closely ever since. Today I woke up and noticed that the yellowtail damselfish had an inflamed left gill

Is it the dreadful ich? How would it get in the tank if I did not add any new live rock or livestock!!?? I have made four 20% - 25% water changes in the last 10 days and have checked the parameters a ton of times. The nitrate levels are high sitting around 50ppm but they were far worse in the condition that I received the tank in. I have also noticed a tiny white speck on the male clown which went away after a few days, and I also noticed a white speck on the female yesterday which went away in under a day. I have tried so hard in providing a better environment for these fish but it seems that tons of problems have arose after the move :sad2: I have been using premade saltwater and ro/di water from my LFS to provide the best water parameters for the fish but it seems I have royally ****ed up in some way. Help guys. I feel terrible.
