I have some Anthias that have this on them
What is it and what do I treat with please

It is definitely uronema. Unfortunately it is very hard to treat. It not an obligatory parasite, so it can live on fish as an parasite and but it can also live without fish. Therefore regular isolation treatments cannot kill it. Some evidence suggest metronidazole can kill it and it is relatively reef safe. But most guaranteed way to get rid of it is to competently nuke the tank. Throw away all the sand, bleach/boil rocks, clean inside of the tank and all your equipment with bleach and dry them for at least ~48 hours.

You can treat fish in a quarantine tank with formaline or with qp but I dont know if you can keep any of your inverts.
