Everything that is for sale:

The livestock and most of the LR must be sold before the rest of the equipment can be broken down. I feel that most of this stuff is being sold at bargain-basement prices, but if you feel that a price is unfair or would like to arrange a package price or something, feel free to ask. Reserved items from previous PMs are expressed below. Thanks for looking.

Livestock:

Dejardini Sailfin tang who is about 5-6" He voraciously eats all green algaes except halimedia (valonia bubble algae included) - $75
Tomini tang who is just getting his spots to come out now, with bright orange fins and a nice white tail who is about 4-5" He eats tons of green, brown, and red algaes, and the bacterial film from the rocks and sand- $35
Niger trigger about 3" - $25
coral beauty angelfish who is in full coloration, mostly dark blue with some yellow and red vertical striping, about 3-4" - $25
rusty angel who is brown with golden fins and is very peaceful for an angel 3-4" - $25
ORA neon dottyback - $15
3 large blue/green chromis - $5 each (they're HUGE!)
All fish are FAT AND HEALTHY! They've all got great coloration, are not timid, and are 100% coral safe.
Fishes are pending for Adrian, but let me know if you're interested in adopting all of them together.

90-100lbs of live rock, some purple still on the rocks, there is short green algae fuzz on a lot of the rock since the tank crashed a few months ago. The algae is short and in order, definitely not an explosive GHA algae outbreak or anything annoying like that. There are also mushrooms and zoanthids in some of the rock pieces. Choose as you like. Most of the pieces are free-flowing thin rocks and are very porous with lots of nooks and crannies full of life. Only the base bottom rocks are boring, but even then they're common shapes but still teeming with life and nooks.
$2/lb

A bunch of pocillapora colonies
$10 each

tons of Kenya Trees
$10 a handful

Some pavona coral frags here and there
Free with LR purchase

Pink zoanthids
$5 for a bunch

green/red favia colony (about 12"x6")
$50 for rock with favia and pink and green zoanthids

A few acropora frags that miraculously survived
$5 per frag

Hardware:
120g All Glass tank with back corner overflows
Black AGA stand and matching canopy
29g sump
Little Giant return pump
$400

1/4 hp chiller
$250

Euro-Reef 8-2 skimmer (24" tall, 8" diameter) with upgraded Sedra9000 pump. This skimmer pulls thick black crap from my tank when there was thick black crap to be pulled, but you can also dial it down to wetter skimming if you want to clean it more often or add your own self-draining plumbing.
$250

Lighting:
2x250w MH setups, luminarc mini reflectors, radium bulbs (8 months old, 6 hours a day), electronic ballasts (one new-style icecap, one coralvue). I'll throw in a spare bulb if you're interested. I've got 10k XM and 10k Reeflux, all used for about 10 months.
$180/set "“ pending for Lifesabeach, then MrX66699, then Nismo_32 (in order of who contacted me first, and yes they were all on 11/28)

4x110w VHOs driven with IC660 ballast - pending to lifesabeach
$140

All lighting has custom twist lock quick disconnects

Automation:
Aquatronica head unit (replaced about a year ago)
1 Aquatronica power bar (1 outlet stuck open)
2 Expansion Sockets to power a chiller or lights or whatever using a different power circuit
1 Aquatronica 3 pump dosing module, totally programmable for whatever intervals and whatever quantity of liquid. If interested I'll include 40g barrels of good quality DIY 2 part solution.
Ph module and probe, 3 years old, but the probe is still spot on when I test it every 6 months with reference fluid.
Redox module and probe, probe should be replaced, but redox is a guessing game anyway, so I use it for watching trends/swings, not telling what current redox is.
Density module and probe, probe needs replacement, but it can report your salinity
temperature probe
float sensor for auto topoff or other switching (can be programmed to switch or change anything)
Aquatronica Ethernet module, so you can watch your tank's parameters and control the unit from anywhere in the world.
Whole setup $800 "“ pending for Lacy

Flow:
2 Maxijet 1200s modded with eco mod high flow
$30 w/ magnet mount "“ pending for adrian

1 Korallia 4
$20

Misc:
Of course the random complement of tests, Salifert PO4, Magnesium, kH, Sera Calcium test, ATC Refractometer, calibrated twice in it's lifetime, has always been spot on. I have more calibration solution to calibrate with if you want it recalibrated after you buy it.
$5 /kit for test kits, refractometer $20

A bunch of food stuffs, including TheraP pellets, NLS forumla pellets, and some frozen foods as well
Brightwell Microbacter7, replenish, and lugols

Boxes of spare used 250w bulbs, including some 1 year old XM10ks, some Reeflux 10ks, and who knows what else. The bulbs will first go to those who buy the lights, after that, they'll be $10 per bulb for backup bulbs.

Ocean Wonders brand aragonite plugs, $4 a bag, 5 or 6 bags available.

Pair of spare Spider reflectors with sockets and leads, $25 for the pair

Shoot me an Email or PM if you're interested in any of these items. Setup minus the controller is still for sale for $1500 until people start buying the parts off.

Thank you for looking! :fish1:

I am interested in the Koralia 4, test kits, refractometer, food, and spider reflectors, and would also like any pics of the surviving coral, particularly the favia, if you have them. Only problem is I really don't get up to Boca, but I do go up as far north as Coral Springs on occassion. Any chance you happen to be coming South any time soon?

Lights and VHOs are available to next pending party, PMs have been sent out on some stuff. I don't make it down south, especially now with me having to part out the tank. I'm going to take a few pictures of the corals when the lights come on because people have understandably asked for them. Thank you for your patience.

Eric, will the Tomeni get along with my blue tang and vlemengi? If so i would like to get him if still available?

So far:

$5 /kit for test kits kits pending for jpkboca (PO4 and Magnesium) other test kits and refractometer $20 pending for springmo

Aquatronica package, frag plugs, reactors, 2 part barrels, and the Trigger, chromis, and Rusty angel all pending for Lacy

Lighting are still openly for sale as packages listed above.

Acro frags and some pocillapora colonies (There are a bunch) pending for WLDSHARK

One of the groups of pink Zoanthids pending for WhoDey64

A lot of people showed interest in the favia colony, so here are pics:

Fishes are confirmed for pickup on Friday, so hardware will be available for pickup on Saturday.

I'm not surprised that nobody is thinking about an inexpensive chiller in the middle of the coldest winter we've had in years, however I am a bit surprised that nobody is looking for a great skimmer for a tank between 90 and 200 gallons. It's equivalent to a RS/CS180 these days, but I like the older style 8-2 better because the chamber is larger and the neck is shorter, so I think it gives it better dwell time before it's shot up into the neck for collection. The skimmer also has a gatevalve on it and upgraded Sedra9000 compared to the stock 8-2.

Good luck with the sale, sorry to see you have to break it down.

So have you started scratch padding your post school tank :)

Thanks for the luck. I can't even start thinking now because it'll be a good 3-4 years before I can set up another tank, so after seeing how tank tech has changed in the last 5 years (starfire becoming commonplace, T5s becoming uberpopular, highly efficient much cheaper skimmers, etc), I'm not even thinking about my next tank :p All I know is that I shouldn't stock up on zoos or chalices, cause they won't be popular anymore when I come back :p

Hope your SPS dream is coming together still!

Best of luck Eric, your calcium reactor is doing great in my tank. You advice will be greatly missed.

Thanks Santiago!

Who says I'll be leaving RC? :p I hope to stick around a bit more, at least as much as I've been sticking around the past few months. I don't venture much into the SPS, Chemistry, an DIY forums like I used to, but I'll always be hanging out in the FMAS board.

And if anyone has specific questions about reefkeeping, I'll always be just a PM away.:smurf:

There are a bunch of Kenya Trees, some pink zoanthids, and still a ton of small size Pocillapora colonies.

And THEREEF1, your avatar pic is SICK. Man those are nice colors.

Pocillapora are gone. Sorry.

The only corals left are the Kenya Trees.

As soon as the fish are picked up on Friday, the hardware parting out begins.
