Signs of to much copper?

I used Cuprimin in QT tank

Test is showing 5 but the Powder Blue Tang didn't scratch in the store, but started scratching in the QT tank which makes me wonder if the copper is to high and the test kit is wrong?.

Is this a sign of to much copper?

Am 0 Ni 0 pH 8.1 1.023 saliinity

I know phosphates are high... and nitrates are likely high to.
