Silent Nights! please, Need to replace Vortechs

I am interested in buying 4(hopefully that is all that is needed) powerheads and 1 controller for 2 tanks side by side.

I have a 75 gal (will become an SPS tank) and a 40 gal (will become an LPS tank) they are displayed side by side (see photo below)

I would like one controller to control both tanks, but I need the powerheads on the 75 gal (SPS) side to have a stronger more chaotic flow pattern than the powerhead(s) on the 40 gal (LPS) side.

A: is that possible with 1 multi-controller? (if so which one(s)) Or would you recommend some other approach?

2: I like the moon light LED idea I saw for the 7095...but with two tanks is there a way to get a second moon in orbit? [no need for independent light cycles / just need to add moon light to the 2nd tank too]

III: With my proposed set-up, which power heads and how many would you recommend for each of the two tanks?

Thanks much, looking forward to removing my Vortech MP40 noisemaker.

What are the dimensions of those tanks? They don't appear to be standard sizes. If I had to guess just basing off the picture, I'd say two 6095s in the larger tank and one 6095 in the smaller tank. All three could be run off the same controller. Sharing the controller will definitely limit the flow pattern choices you can assign for each tank, but you should still be able to get all the variety you need. Unfortunately there's no way to attach two moonlights to the same controller.

the dimensions are 44 x 18 x 24 tall for the larger of the two,
and 24 x 18 x 24 tall for the smaller of the two.

A Nuptune Systems APEX controller would allow you to monitor and control both tanks. There are four variable speed ports on the full version. I have an APEX Lite and just added a VDM module that gives me the four variable speed ports.
