Silverfish looking bug?

So I was admiring my tank this morning and I see this bug pop its head out of one of my rocks. Looked to be like a silverfish bug like you'd see in the box of an attic that had been sitting for years.

I thought, hey, that looks like a silverfish. They call them silverfish for a reason right? Silver FISH?

He had those long antennas like a silverfish, but I didn't see him long enough to get a 100% positive ID.

Any thoughts?

Need a bit more detail if you can give it. Could have been a number of things amphipods, nudibranch, isopod, etc...

I know which rock it is in. I can get the rock out when I get home

Now that I caught it, just looks like your average amphipod.. am I safe?

Yep, its free live fish food Lol, keep their population low using a reef safe wrasse
