Could you keep a Six Line Wrasse and a fairy/flasher wrasse in the same tank? If you introduce a six line wrasse into your tank, would you have trouble introducing new fish to the tank after you already have a six line?

Do not add 6 line wrasses if you want to keep fairy and flash wrasses or other small wrasses. I have 300g reef, and 6 lines was first introduced and I have hard time to introduce another wrasses. 6 line keeps chasing other wrasses I introduced such as clown fairy, exqusit fairy ect. If I could I would have taken 6 line out.

+1 I have heard nothing but bully stories about 6 lines. Don't get me wrong, I love the fish and have had 2 of them in the past, but never with another wrasse.

my six line killed about $400 worth of my fish.. i had to remove all my rocks to catch him.. NEVER am i going to buy another 6 line. :mad2:

like all the others said it just is not a good mix...they will kill off the fairy and flashers

i had to remove my 6 line wrasse from one of my tanks, it was chasing my fairy/flasher wrasses into the over flow daily.

Thanks for all the replies. I do like the Six Lines but i like the fairy and flashers alot better. So i think i will just stick with my original plans and getting that type of wrasse instead.

Will the flasher/fairy wrasses eat those harmless white/clear flat worms?
