okay, so this isn't a disease, but I thought this was the most fit place to put this.
I recently had an "oopsie" and didn't get all the hair products off my hand like I thought I did
and put my hand in my tank
and my sixline wrasse had a seizure almost immediately upon my hand entering the water. so I netted him and put him in QT and did a water change in the display tank he was in
(this is the first time i have successfully netted him in the 2 years I've had him, and I was even able to pair my maroon clowns in less than two days...)
he's looking better now, still swimming slow-ish and he's releasing the slime stuff they make slime beds with and defecating, probably from the shock
I know this is all my fault and I already beat myself up over it, please don't get mad at me... this fish is evil anyways and killed off a lot of other fish by ripping them up and he probably deserves this but I really don't want him to die
Are there any things I can do to reduce stress and help him to get better?
What are the chances he won't make it?
