Sixline Wrasse and Shrimp

Will a sixline wrasse kill reef shrimp, ie cleaners, coral banded, peppermints, etc....

I have a 6 line in with a Fire Shrimp and maybe a half dozen Peppermints... he has never bothered any of them

I know a guy who has a 6 Line, says he dropped 12 pepps in his tank and 6 were gone before they could touched the bottom.

I had a sixline with 2 cleaners and 6 peppermintws, never a problem. Were together in a 65g tank for about 2 years.

My sixline terrorizes my peppermint shrimp sometimes but is has not led to homicide. They have been in the same tank for about 6 mos.

I have a sixline with a blood red fire shrimp and they don't ever mess with each other. On the flip side, I've heard of stories of six lines going after smaller shrimps/crabs. I've since added 2 peppermint shrimps but both never survived more than 2 days. Not sure what they died of as I never saw the six line kill them. But I guess you can't eliminate that possibility.

I have 2 cleaner and 2 peppermint shrimp in with my Six Line and no problems. I have lost a lot of hermit crabs though, I find their body parts on the sand bed but I have never seen the Six Line do it.

The only problems I have heard about was when the wrasse was already established in the tank. Dropping a shrimp in the tank was like feeding the wrasse.
