Sixline Wrasse underneath sand?

These wrasses don't bury themselves in sand. It's not uncommon not to see one for a day or so, but they are known jumpers so check carefully around the outside of the tank, in overflows, etc...
It may simply be tucked into a rock crevice. If it did die in the tank for some reason, your clean-up crew may have taken care of any remains. Hope it shows up for you.
