I'm selling my LifeReef VS2-24 skimmer and it's pump, a mag 9.5. I'm looking to get $250 locally, or $275 shipped. The skimmer in combination with the pump can be used internally or externally of a sump (currently set up for use in-sump). It's served me very very well. It basically requires NO maintenance other than emptying the cup, which even then it has a drain that you could hook into a 1g milk carton to collect the very gross skimmate, or some other disposal method. It has a self-cleaning venturi, so you never have to disassemble it and clean it out, and it's virtually silent, aside from the quiet hum of the 9.5 which is a very quiet pump for it's class.
It's rated for up to 250 gallons, which I believe to be a good estimate for a medium stocked tank. Footprint is 7 x 7 without the pump or exit valve, which can be modified around different ways to fit the size of your sump. The 7x7 is just the body's footprint. Lastly, it's 22 1/2" tall, and needs about 1" of clearance to remove the collection cup (which isn't required because of the drain valve)

So I'm asking $250 OBO locally, $275 shipped for a $359 (w/o pump) + $69.95 (pump from MD) and all plumbing fittings to get it running today! It's already been cleaned out thoroughly with vinegar and is ready to roll. When I bought it, it didn't even need more than an hour or two to break in.
