Skimmer going nuts

My skimmer is going nuts and I have no idea why. I have it on its lowest setting and it's just bubbling over. Been like this for a day. I did a small water change with Red Sea Coral pro yesterday. What would cause this? It's ****ing me off. Could something have gotten in the water?

Skimmer is a Vertex Omega 150.

Check the Venturi and air intake for blockage.

Yep, or maybe. Long story short in 99% of cases when a skimmer goes bizzurk it's because of something that got into the water that the skimmer is trying to remove, from what I've seen anyways. It's usually a viscosity change. I've no idea what it could be though.

Have you mounted a new coral? Mine will go nuts when I do that. The epoxy says it won't but it does.
