Skimmer help

I have a reef octopus nwt110 skimmer and about two weeks ago I started having an issue with it. The bubbles are no longer making to the neck of the cup. It gets just about to the top of the cone section but not quite to the neck so it hasn't been pulling any gunk out. I've closed the valve all the way to create as much bubble as possible, but still no luck. Haven't added/changed anything to the tank so I'm not really sure what the issue could be. I've checked to make sure the pumps aren't blocked.

Have you cleaned the pump?

I've also seen the collection cup gasket not seal quite right and air escapes out the neck instead of going up the skimmer like is should. Clean the gasket and re-seat the next.

Check to see if the venturi inlet is blocked with salt creep/ buildup?

Ill check this out tonight, I cleaned everything out pretty good a few days ago, but will double check it all again tonight to make sure I didn't miss anything
