my tank is 95 Gal with 40 Gal Sump i still got a Tunze Doc Skimmer 9004 which is max 65 Gal from my old tank which was maybe 40 Gal.
is it bad if i keep using this smaller skimmer or should i buy a bigger one, alternatively i can get another Tunze Doc Skimmer 9004 from my friend, are 2 small ones enough, i just bought a new tank and if i can save money thats great for me.

If you are able to keep your water nitrates and phosphates in check there is nothing wrong with the undersized skimmer. Down the road it would be nice to get a larger skimmer and you would likely see improvements with your corals, but if you have things under control now and cash is tight I don't see an urgent need to upgrade.

I agree an undersized skimmer would work. I'm using a Bubble magus C3.5 which is rated for a 26 - 80 gallon system whereas I have water volume of about 200 gallons. I am limited by the height I have under my DT so can't install a larger skimmer. But then I also export nutrients using an ATS and chaeto which works for me.

i just got another 9004 skimmer from my friend he doesnt need it anyway, i guess 2 small ones are perfectly fine on the long run right?

While a single properly sized skimmer would be more efficient from a power standpoint, there is nothing wrong with using two smaller skimmers.
