I would stay away from the nano skimmer. I had one on my jbj nano tank and it did not meet my expectations.

If you want it to fit in the middle chamber you need the one from sapphire aquatics, or with a little bit of work to the hood and tank with a dremel you can fit a Tunze nao skimmer 9002 in there.
