Skimmer?

Would any of you guys be able to tell me the make and model of this skimmer? All I know is that it has CF0010 engraved on it but I dont know if it was from factory or if someone else did it..

Looks like a homemade downdraft maybe? Were there bioballs in the chamber after the Venturi and before the box?

I got it from wayne but he didn't know anything about it....


There aren't any bio balls.

Looks kind of like a ETSS but I would say is a DIY down draft.

FWIW I did a search for the model # and didn't find anything. Could very well be an older ETSS. I bet it's a decent little skimmer whatever it is. You might want to take some measurements and compare them to some ETSS models to see what pump to try with it. Downdrafts and becketts require more powerfull pumps than most other skimmers (that need extra pumps).
