Skunk Clown ICH?

I am pretty sure that my skunk clowns new to the tank for about 3 days have ich or clown disease. I dosed with pimafix, but it makes my corals freak out. I have heard of freshwater dips to treat this but last time i tried it the fish died... i learned that the ph of the water in the dip and the main tank have to be the same for it to work are there any suggestions in addition to the dip or other treatments that work better... i want to act fast cause i dont want to loose the fish($50) they are a great addition and i want to resolve it fast and right. thanks

ok so i have read a little bit on here and was wondering if maybe the stress from moving into the new tank is what caused it ... it also looks like they have been attacked by other tankmates which could have cause the stress and then the ich outbreak? Also i am wondering if my tank is too small for these clowns? i really hope not they seem to be doing fine very active and good eating habits. PLEASE HELP!
