Is the H.E.L.P. program active? Slash.org forum on it doesn't have any recent posts.

I have some new LED's coming and would like to use the PAR meter for setup.

I have tried to send in the email to agree to the terms of the h.e.l.p. previously (and again today), but I get a bounce back for the "help@slashclub.org" address.
