Slightly eroded lips on flasher wrasse

I got two McCosker's flasher wrasses a week ago. They're in quarantine, separated by a divider. I have it at normal salinity, and there are no meds in the water.

One of them has no lips. He's been like this since I got him. I think he might have been attacked in the store. His mouth/jaw are intact, it's just the lips that are missing.

There is no sign of any infection -- no white patches, no redness. He's eating fine, and swimming happily. I haven't noticed that he's gotten any worse since I got him. He seems very slightly paler than the other one, but it could be a slight difference in the lighting. He's definitely not very pale.

My question is, should I medicate, and if so, with what? Or, should I just make sure the tank parameters are good and the water is changed regularly, and feed him well?

I would simply maintain the tank as is. Doubful any medication or intervention will help if in fact the lips tissue is actually gone. I've seen wrasses like this before and as long as they can get nourishment, there isn't much else to worry about other than the appearance
