well, i went to the LFS, and got a lettuce nudibranch. however, after getting it home, i see it really doesnt look like any of the elysia critters or lettuce nudis that I see here, or any other site.

I can easily take it back to the LFS, and get the collector urchin I almost got to cure my bryopsis issue.

let me lnow what kind of nudi this is please. i can get more pics, but I won't let it into my tank until i know what it really is, and what it eats. I may have been dumb to buy it int he first place, but I wont get even dumber by letting it into my tank.

i wish i had a name that they called it, but all I was told was lettuce nudibranch....

It's certainly not the "usual" lettuce nudi, that's for sure! It's the green color variety of the common Indo-Pacific species Ceratosoma sinuata (formerly called Miamira sinuata). If you bought it to control algae you wasted your money - it won't eat any algae. This species is a sponge specialist that's thought to only eat sponges in the genus Dysidea.
