Sluggish Tusk Wrasse

New to the forum and need some advice on my Australian Tusk Wrasse. I obtained him about a month ago. Since that time he sits on the bottom in one of the corners and only occasionally swims around. He would not eat but now takes some squid and Formula 2 off a feeding stick. No one seems to be bothering him. His color looks good. Any thoughts on how to perk him up. He doesn't look too happy. Thanks.

Initially they can be a little shy, especially with boisterous tankmates. Mine is a couch potato, he isnt coming out and swimming until 7 pm, doesn't matter what time the lights come on.
