I work for a computer I.T. Company. I am a small business technician. I work on all of our small business accounts (around 50+ accounts and growing!).
I fix computers, maintain client networks, work on servers, help clients with applications, website design, Backup Disaster Recovery, quotes, sales, all that fun stuff.
Pretty much anything that my clients need I take care of!
Oh yeah and also do anti-virus and what not. So tomorrow should be a FANTASTIC DAY with this new April 1 virus. But I got all my clients up to date...THEORETICLY There should be no problems.
