Small Fish Or Medium Fish?

what would be the best way to go as far as ordering a fish with a specific size?i want to order my fish small.for example i want to buy the smallest false percula but im worried that small means more delicate.is the survival rate low on baby fish,should i go with the next size up to increase the odds of survival?

small usually has a less surviability rate, but clowns are pretty hardy. i say go for a small clown with no worrys

it also depends on what else you have in the tank with them. a sm fish don't stand much of a chance with a big bully in the tank picking on him all the time.

i remember at the lfs i worked,we used to get these teeny tiny hippo tangs and they did pretty well(i was surprised).
