Small ich problem

Have notice a little it on my anthers and eyes are a bit cloudy. Any way to treat this without taking him out and not damaging any of my sps? Im trying the hydrogen peroxide method to see if that works. Any other ideas?

I would take them out and put them in 10 gallon tank with bio wheel filter

From my personal experience I would take out all fish if you have more than one and treat them in a ht.
