Small puffers coral but not invert safe?

I have had a brackish water green spotted puffer in my reef for about 6 months. There is a clam, and soft and LPS corals, none of which he touches. The only think he picks at are the long antennae of my coral banded shrimp (which is still fine, but has shorter antennae....). I was wondering if the same would be true for some of the small toby puffers?

Mine (( Canthigaster papua )) loved nipping at clams (( moved the clams to another tank )), loves zoas, and nipping at SPS -- though not all that much. Leaves mushrooms, xenia, and the like alone.

Will also go after urchins, snails, shrimps, and the like.
