Small submersible pump

I have a three gallon Picotope and I am looking for a little bit more flow. I found this Beckett 60 GPH Submersible Fountain Pump for sale at a local home supply store. Will it be to much flow for the three gallon. It is the smallest I can find. If it's too much can anyone recommend a different one for a comparable price. Thanks
