Small white dot on my copperbanded

I really hope it's not ich. There's a small white fuzzy dot on the tip of my copperbandeds gill fin. It's been there about a week...
I tried to take a picture to no avail.
1. What do I do?
2. If it is ich, can I treat the entire tank (FOWLR)
My tank info is all :Here

Two weeks is nowhere near long enough to keep in QT. I'd suggest 8 weeks minimum; many parasites take much longer than 1-2 weeks to appear. Shy fish, like your CBB, really need the QT time, not just for parasites, but to start feeding and adapting without all the competition.
Ich isn't fuzzy and one spot may just be lympho or a fungal infection (rare in fish). Lympho comes in all sizes and, while not really fuzzy, is lumpy---sort of like small cottage cheese or miniature cauliflower. It isn't dangerous and will go away with good water, food, and time. If spots start to multiply; that would be another thing. IMO, ich treatment needs to be done in a QT and the DT left fishless for 9 weeks; but cross that bridge if you come to it. Please use a proper QT regimen from now on, or you will have a parasite problem sooner or later.

Can you see it?
And as I was photographing, I noticed 2 more on him...

Look up lymphocystis. Very common for CBBs to get. similar to the symptoms you are having. and as stated before 1-2 weeks is not a long enough QT

ok Looks like my cbb is getting more of these white dots, and it does look like lymphocystis. However, in my tank, it will be nearly impossible to catch due to the rock work. Is there another option, such as a cleaner wrasse or something?

OMG I cant believe no one recommended a cleaner wrasse! This fish is amazing! He completely cleaned my CBB in the first 10 mins of being in the tank, and all of my other fish love this guy! This must be one of the greatest additions to my system!
