Small white lump on Bangii Cardinals fin

I bought a Bangaii Cardinal yesterday and today I noticed there is a white lump on one of its fins. It is about a mm in size, im certain it isnt ich as it seems too large and protrudes a little from the fin. The fish is acting normally and is eating fine. Does anyone know what this could be?

Well, those would accelerate recovery. What you want are food supplements equivalent to Selcon.
