Smaller HOT Skimmer

Hey guys - getting back into the hobby the last few months after a long stay away and I need a HOT skimmer (no, not stolen or wicked cute - lol) , but not sure which one to get anymore
I have a 30gal x-high tank with a HOT filter on the back that takes up most of the space. I figure I have 6-7" if I push it to one side.
What is the best HOT skimmer out there that is not real wide? Are CPR's still thought of as good?

Skip the CPR...I have a BakPak on our 37g and I'm not impressed. I couldn't tell you another one to try as this is the only one I have used. Good luck!! Others will chime in here soon.

I know that Tunze makes a nano skimmer for around $150. Can't go wrong with a name like Tunze.

I have the Tunze nano lying around somewhere (want it cheap?). The pump has some restart issues, and I frequently turn the skimmer off so it's an issue. Thus, I can't agree that you can't go wrong with Tunze. I didn't run it for long enough to make a good call on how great it skims or not. Oh, also, it isn't a hang-on. It sits directly in the tank. It's smaller than a small overflow box, or about the size as some HOT inner boxes.
