Smallest pico possible.

I want to do a really small pico consisting of a shrimp and goby.
What would be a good mechanical setup? Frequent H20 changes are not an issue.
What would be a good symbiotic pair and where is the best place to get them?

That's almost two different questions - the smallest pico (would that be a femto?) possible is probably in the range of 500ml or so, but the smallest tank suitable for keeping a shrimp/goby pair is about 5.5g IMHO, and that would be with the smallest of the shrimp gobies. If you can go 10g, all the better.

I wouln't go with nothing smaller than 5g.

If you want something smaller why not trying a betta bowl with only a colored feather duster and a Staghorn Hermit Crab. this is a unic tank and combination but it need a lot of care daily

I agree I wouldn't ever try to keep anything under 5 gallons or so
