Snail eggs or pineapple sponge or what?

I was looking around and I can't find anything that looks just like what I have, but from similar posts it looks like people say its either snail eggs or pineapple sponge, both are obviously okay, but not sure if it is that or not. Based on how they are laying, I would guess eggs, these popped up all over last night so again my money is on eggs. Any thoughts?

Looks like snail eggs to me. What type of snails and CUC do you have?

Hermits, Dwarf Cerith, Florida Cerith, Limpets, Nassarius Vibex, Nerite Snails, Turbo Snails

I think that's all of them. I tried googling each one and their eggs, but don't get much that's consistent. Though I do see a lot of pictures that look like mine so I'm just interested in what it is, guess I'll wait and see :lmao:

Most likely they are Nerite Snail eggs.

Thanks! Looks like a lot of people don't see them hatch often, so looks like no free snails for me

yep.. looks like the ones that I get in my tank..
I see them as eggs.. then see the egg has been broken (hatched?) but never really see an increase in nerites so far..

Being that every tank is different you might see some baby Nerite snails, but they'll most likely be removed from the system via a filter sock, protein skimmer etc or just be eaten by something else.
