Snail ID?

Can anyone help ID these snails? They're all over! Good or bad?

Dwarf Cerith snails?

Dwarf ceriths. Harmless gunk-eaters. If you see that many, you may be overfeeding a bit. Any clue where they came from?

I just bought this tank. It's been up for a year. Lots of life in it, but these things are all over the glass and everything. I think they're kind of going to be an annoyance having to clean them off the glass constantly. Oh well, if they're healthy for the tank I guess I'm not worried. Just wanted to make sure before I started to introduce stuff to the tank.

You could give some away to people looking for cleaners. If there's that many, you may have a small nutrient problem.
