Looks like an olive shell snail. They feed primarily on sand bed infauna, usually exhaust their food supply quickly and starve. This what it says in Ron Shimeks Marine Invertebrates. Not positive on the id but pretty sure.

I believe this is in the Margin Snail family.

I agree as well that this one is Marginellid, commonly called Peppermint snail. They are pretty common as hitch hikers and sometime even sold as part of detritivore crew from various online vendors.
If search function is working you can use peppermint snail as a keywords for your searches.
