Snail ID

Can anyone ID these tiny snails.They have not been a problem,but I would like to know what they are.

They are dark grey and black.

Hard to say. Can you get a decent close-up?

Hard to tell from that pic, but could be a harmless nassirius snail or whelks which are predators.

I'm sorry the picture did not come out any better.I do not believe that they are nassarious snails.Since they have dark shells, I do not believe they are Oyster drills,but I am tossing them anyway.
