All of my Turbos this evening have migrated to the top of the tank and are releasing a milky substance that has clouded my tank?! What is going on? Any ideas?

Thats what I was thinking, or hoping for but I haven't seen this before.. I just switched my lighting to 3 250watt HQI's with lunar lights as well about 2 months ago. I was hoping it was a good sign but was unsure.
