Snails dead

Ok i have a few turbo snails that have died. as big as they are i would say it was their time to die anyway. question is this : will bristle worms kill the snails? the largest bristle i have seen in my tank is about 2 inches so i would think not but i am in now way an "expert"
also should i remove the dead snails or let the bristle worms eat them and leave the shells for my hermits to take over instead of killing my live snails?

if this is in the wrong place please move it and let me know. thanks in advance for any info.

No the worms will not kill the snails but your crabs will. You can leave them in or take them out, its your call.

the hermit crabs are still babies and the turbo's are quite large about the size of a 50 cent piece. I just recently added some Nassarius Obsoleta snails and they are smaller than the hermit crabs and i was told that since they are smaller that they should be ok with the hermit crabs. should i just put the crabs in my smaller swim tank or what? the Nassarius Obsoleta i am liking much better than having to turn over the larger snails so they dont die whereas the Nassarius Obsoleta turn themselves over.

could it be that your hermits are growing and need a bigger shell? that would explain why they didnt go for the smaller snails....Add a bunch of different shells in the tank so the crabs will go for them instead of the snails

I did that and since the hermits are extremely small yet (around 1/4 to 1/2 inch in diameter0 and the snails are around 4 inches in diameter i thought that would be a rather large jump in sizes for the hermits though i may be wrong.
