If using rid ich to prophetically treat Brook, how many ml per gallon would you use (its 4.2 percent formalin)

Also, if i use it at the tail end of ttm, the 70th hour, being the fish are going to be moved to next tank, can it be used with the prime I have been using the ward off ammonia on ttm tank?
