Good evening everyone! i feel as though i should update yall on progress of my camera stuff. i still currently am only shooting with the kit 18-55, and not doing all to bad with it! I scored a nice lowepro bag off of BH, got a battery grip for the D5200, a couple of extra batteries, i have two 32g cards, have a nice simple tripod and got a book to read as well...
i finally spent the time and money and built a fast PC for editing and ya gaming every now and again =P I shoot in RAW and only in Manual. Use lightroom for my post processing.
I have had the chance to shoot at three weddings this summer two of which were just for fun at my cousins wedding and one of which a friends family just needed a photographer and i said heck ya ill do it. i absolutely love shooting weddings they are a blast for me! I have gotten alot of cool Nature shots as though are something i truly enjoy doing.
Things i need: a hotshoe/off cam flash for sure
and then better glass! but my kit is teaching me well and to work with what i have so im sure when i get new glass i will absolutely appreciate it!
i really love capturing special moments and my family and even random folks have really enjoyed my current work i have been doing.
