I might be getting this tank. its a standered 125 gallon AGA. And i need help deciding some fish to put in it. I really have no clue what I want. SOme cool unusual fish would be pretty sick. I really like tangs too. (thats why im getting a 6ft tank ) But If anyone could suggest some cool fish that would be awesome!

Assuming it will be set up as a reef; A kole or tomeni tang would work well. Can't go wrong with a pair of clowns, one of the pygmy angels from the argi complex, a bottom dwelling goby, a pair of flasher or fairy wrasses would add color. Maybe a small shoal of chromis?

What are some cooler unusual fish? I work at a Lfs and everybody has the clowns the yellow tang the chromis that kinda stuff. So I'm looking for more rare fish... The fairy wrasse are a good idea... Thanks!

Basslets, anthias, fairy/flasher wrasse, yellow or blue assessor, firefish are a few suggestions.

A Midas Blenny, a pair of Filefish, one of the uncommon Rabbitfish.

assuming it wont be too high light/flow- what about a mix of smaller scorps? group of leaffish, cackatoo waspfish, fuzzy dwarf, fu man chu, dwarf zebra lions, maybe a pair of redfin waspfish (not sure if the red fins would get eaten, they're pretty small guys). you could probably fit a few larger bodied fish in with them too large for them to eat, maybe a bristletooth tang, or a small group of larger anthias (trio of lyretails would be pretty and colorful).

I dont really want scorps, I might try them in a smaller tank soon but not my "big reef" I was thinking a bunch of smaller fish and maybe one or 2 big tangs?
