As for initial reactions, there is no words to describe the love I already have for him. The little things he does, through a look or sound keep me captivated and confirm that there is nothing more important in the world to me. :)

To all those other fathers reading this... I FINALLY understand!

What a sweet daddy and baby shot! Congradulations! The love for a child is indescribable. About the tank, my 10 week old loves to watch my tank from her bouncy seat and swing. She sits infront of it every morning and cooes and lauphs out loud at it! Great babysitter ;)

Congrats!!! My little boy has changed my life for sure. It gives you even more reason to get up and get things done knowing he depends on you. I will have to admit the scariest, strangest thing was walking out of the hospital with him. It felt kind of shocking thinking "They are really going to let me walk out of here with him". Mine as Angela said loves my aquariums. They really came in handy for those times he cried. They seemed to sooth and relax him as he stared.
Very nice pictures and congrats again. I also didint know you were on tennesspeed.net.

Congrats, Chris. Really glad to hear. Jenn is starting to feel the bug a little more these days, so... Do we really want more gflat's running around, though? A question for ponderance (may have made that one up too;)).

Driving my boy home for the first time was the most intense time behind the wheel of my life. The proud dad carrying him out. My smile could be scene a mile away. Be sure to get your wife out of the house several times a week. Post-partum is no joke. And just getting her back to a 'usual' routine is really all it takes to prevent it. Congrats, he's beautiful.

or just let her buy a new 280 gallon fish tank to stem the blues. worked for me ;)
Seriously be sure and make her feel like she can have a break if she needs it. But you look like a natural!

Thanks all for the kind words... I have a HUGE itch to get a tank rolling for him, but I have NO WHERE to put it! :(

Maybe in a few years when we can get into a larger house. :)
