Society Mortgage can kiss my %$# (long rant)

Here's the deal:
A few weeks ago I got what seemed to be a great offer from a company called Society Mortgage in Canfield. So, I quit my job at Keyrock Financial in Warren. After working my &^% off for a few weeks to get a couple deals closed, I get a call from the owner saying that he can't afford to pay me my commission. My jaw hit the ground as I have'nt seen a payday in a while because it takes time to get these deals rolling. Then I find out that most of the employees have been haveing trouble getting paid. So, I decided to dig deeper. I found out that the owner has just lost his home to forclosure. He also has been takeing taxes out of everyones pay, but has failed to give any of the employees W2 forms. Needless to say, I will not be going into work (there) anymore. I'll be searching for a new J.O.B. in the AM. Just wanted to let you all know of another shady company in the area. I'm not sure if I'm gonna stay in the same field, but if anyone knows of an honest ethical company thats looking for a good hand, LMK. Even if it's temperary, LMK. Like I said it's been awhile since I seen a payday.

I'm done for now.

Ohh yeah, To top it off, Big Brother has decided to keep all of my tax return for a goof I made a couple years ago with this real estate thing. Man I am broke. I might be selling some zoos soon.

Dammmn! Dooder! you need to make a call to Uncle Guido and Uncle Pedro to go bust this welchers kneecaps! ***? Don't take this the wrong way but I feel the same way about bankers that I do about used car salesmen and most lawyers so I can't help ya there (present company excluded :) ).

Like I said, I'm not sure I'm gonna stay in the same line of work. It is a lil too (whats the word I'm looking for) back stabbish if you will. I'm gonna keep my licence no matter what I do as back up, but a brotha needs to move on.

Find anything good yet doody? This may be your last chance to get a job at a fish store and give us all discounts hah

Its Youngstown man. Not too many great jobs around here. I'm gonna take the 1st thing that comes just for income. I got an interview in the AM with West in niles. Not my dream job but it'll keep corals in the tank. My real goal is to get this real estate thing going a bit faster. Right now my dad and I are rehabing 2 homes a year. If I can get that up to about 6 a year then screw a J.O.B.

Doody If your interested I've got about 12 houses that will be up for sale this year. They are currently rental properties of the family that will have to go for sell this summer because i'm moving to florida. I'm not sure what you meant by rehabing but if your thinking about getting into the rental bussiness let me know. They will most likely be selling for between 20 to 60k (pending the actual property) a piece and of course a package deal would be a big savings. Check your credit score lol and get a big loan and you could be like me (sit on your butt and collect the cash)

There you go Dood! Become a slumlord. Aparently it's working so well for Ryan that he's getting out of it.... LOL Sucker!

Ryan, generaly we purchase bank owned homes and forclosures that need work. Simply because we pay no where near retail value and can turn them over fast for nice profiets. I have no intentions of being a landlord. However, I am willing to look at them if I can get a wholesale price and they are'nt in war zones. I also have many friends doing the same as me. So, if anything I might be able to hook you up with a few buyers. Most of the guys I know are all cash buyers. No bank B.S. I don't have the cash nor credit to buy that many at one time anyway.
