soft coral tisue necrosis

Hey everyone, I have been trying to find some research on causes and cures of soft coral tissue necrosis in healthy aged systems, mainly in leather corals. If anyone knows any good links please send them my way.

I would cut the infected area away then dip in iodine

i need some help.. i've got a leather coral with necrosis. the guy i got the coral from ripped it off the rock it was inhabiting and now it's falling apart.. any suggestions?
