Depends. Sohal can nit pick fish to death over some time. Clown trigger has teeth and can kill a fish in a few seconds. Depends on the individual.

With the tail spine sohals can wipe a tank out quickly. Either of these fish is a risk for killing everything else in a tank. Which wins depends on which snaps and goes on a rampage first.
